Bouldering Skills

Trent L.

LEVEL: BEGINNER

After completing our Bouldering Skills class, you will have the skills needed to begin a regular bouldering routine. You will learn how to properly fall onto a padded floor, warm up for and structure a proper bouldering session, and identify and practice skills. You will also learn about bouldering terminology and proper etiquette. We will help you overcome the social barriers to climbing and understand how climbers work together while bouldering.

Bouldering relies on padded flooring rather than ropes and harnesses for protection. Climbers generally only climb between 10 and 15 feet high. For that reason, no additional equipment other than the padded floor is needed. This class is ideal for climbers who are new to the sport and want to establish a dependable foundation of skills.

Cost: $49.00

Yoga with Stephanie - Yin and Meditation

Stephanie C.

This slow, intentional class invites you to soften, settle, and turn inward. We will move at a gentle pace, holding poses for longer periods to encourage deep release in the body and stillness in the mind.

Yin is a powerful, grounding practice that supports range of motion, joint health, and flexibility while nourishing the muscles and organs. This meditative style of yoga uses props like bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets to support seated and reclined poses, allowing you to settle in and hold each shape for 3 to 10 minutes. These longer holds gently target the deep connective tissues surrounding the ligaments, joints, tendons, and muscles.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled before class begins. If you have any injuries, limitations, or concerns you’d like the instructor to be aware of, please let them know before class so they can help support your practice. Mats and props are available to borrow if needed.

Climb So iLL instructors offer a wide range of modifications for movements and stretches to support each student’s individual needs. Our yoga classes are open to all levels of experience, ability, and flexibility.
